Problem Note 49952: Model Analysis generates incorrect base forecast and incorrect sales forecast
The SAS® Merchandise Solutions Configuration Workbench Model Analysis manager might generate incorrect base forecast and sales forecast results.
This issue occurs when the scenario has the following model specifications:
- DEMAND_MODEL_TYPE = DIRECT
- FCST_DISAGG = 0
- CROSS_EFFECT = 0
The workaround for this issue is to set the CROSS_EFFECT model specification to 1.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
